To maintain Strategic Partner status, participating organizations agree to:
- Authorize [PERCH] to publicly identify the organization as a customer, using its company name and logo
- Provide one written testimonial following successful platform adoption
- Participate in the development of one customer success story or case study, subject to mutual approval
- Participate in quarterly product feedback sessions (remote)
- Provide constructive product feedback based on operational experience

Program Terms
Strategic Partner benefits remain active while the organization continues to satisfy the program requirements. [PERCH] reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Strategic Partner benefits if:
- Quarterly Product Advisory sessions are repeatedly missed without prior notice
- The organization withdraws authorization to use its logo, testimonial, or approved case study
- The annual subscription is not renewed
- The organization no longer actively participates in the partnership
- Program requirements are no longer fulfilled
If Strategic Partner status is discontinued, the subscription automatically renews under the standard commercial terms applicable at the next renewal period.
[PERCH] may modify or evolve the Strategic Partnership Program over time while preserving the commercial terms already granted during the active subscription period.
